Light Up Kidderminster

Kidderminster’s Town Hall is delighted to be putting the spot-light on Kidderminster during the winter period with the new Light Up Kidderminster project. Launching on Saturday 20th November, there will be a free illuminated trail around Kidderminster with selfie points located around the town. Selfie points will be found at the Town Hall and Kidderminster College amongst other local places of interest.

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun and to enjoy a bit of illuminated sparkle. All you need to do is to pick up a map from the Town Hall, Museum of Carpet, Severn Valley Railway or download it from www.kidderminstertownhall.gov.uk and you’ll be on your way. Any selfies taken can be shared on Facebook or Instagram at the Light Up Kidderminster page.

On the launch day there will also be a special free event taking place at The Exchange in the Town Hall called, “Drawing People Together”. This workshop will explore how to draw people and characters in perfect proportions. Perfect for budding artists!

Plus there’s more! There will be special art, craft and music workshops taking place from November until the end of February 2022 as part of the project. All workshops will be free to attend.
