Celebrating Volunteers’ Week: A Huge Thank You to Our Dedicated Volunteers

As part of Volunteers’ Week, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the volunteers who have generously contributed their time and skills to the Kidderminster Town Hall National Lottery funded project.

Our volunteers have been involved in a wide range of activities, including conducting historical research, cleaning and preserving historic silverware, photography, audio recording of newsletters, and supporting creative projects like drawings by local primary school children.

Many volunteers have also enjoyed exclusive hard hat tours, getting a behind-the-scenes look at the ongoing transformation works within the Town Hall.

Jackie Murrall, Heritage Volunteer Coordinator, encourages more people to get involved:
“There’s still time to get involved with the heritage project and to witness the Town Hall re-emerge in all its glory! To find out more about volunteering opportunities, contact Jackie Murrall at Jackie.Murrall@kidderminstertowncouncil.gov.uk or call 07818 506779.”

We look forward to welcoming everyone back later this year to showcase how their enthusiasm and efforts have helped shape the revitalised Town Hall, ready for its grand reopening.

Thank you once again for your incredible support!
